The apartment is on the second floor of tomannsbolig.
It has an entrance with a wardrobe. It is a classic type of house with two living rooms and a separate dining room with a high ceiling. Kitchen, a wonderful big terrace, and two bedrooms.
The bedroom that would be yours is large, 18m2. Except that it has a wardrobe, it is rented out empty. It has a beautiful view.
The apartment is on the second floor and has large windows so there is a lot of light. It is possible to see the sea from almost every window.

Most of the furniture remains in the apartment.
There is a laundry room in the basement.
Electricity and heating bills are not high.

Location
A short distance to the bus station. The time needed to reach the National Theater is 16 minutes. The apartment is close to the city but at the same time in a quiet part of Bærum.
For sports activities, Fornebu Park is close by. But running by the sea on the opposite side towards Høvik is amazing.

Parking
Private parking right outside the entrance door, with a charging hub for electric cars.

Other
The person must be tidy and clean the apartment according to our agreement.
