Room in shared apartment for girl, Grønland

Hello,
We are looking for a new roommate for our super central, spacious apartment in Grønland.
Starting from mid January 2025 or February.
Everything is included monthly, so no separate bills.

We have a lovely living room, small but open kitchen, big bathroom and a super nice balcony. The room is small (we have extra storage room inside apartemnt and bodd) with great lighting and a nice view over Grønland :)
Room will be unfurnished. There's only build in garderobe/closet.

About us: Marta (27) from Spain and Gabriela (30) from Poland. We both work shifts, so sometimes we're home in a morning and other times in the evenings. We like to travel, doing sport like surf, hiking or pilates, eating good food both out at restaurants and cooking home with friends!

We respect each others privacy and space, but we also like to cook and hangout together. Being friends with us is optional, but good luck resisting :))
We're looking for a girl age 25-35. Bonus points if you know how to use a vacuum cleaner and have mastered the art of not turning our living room into a nightclub.
