Renting out a room in a shared cozy apartment.

The apartment is all furnished and comfortable . Just 10-15 min walk from downtown Stavanger. Less than 5 min walk to Extra Kannik and Evo gym. A lot of storage space in the apt, in the attic and also in the garage . All expenses are included. You will share the apartment with another person, a 36 year old male who is responsible and mature.
No parties , no pets , no couples, only good vibes and safe space. Looking for both male or female.
