Top Roof in Stavanger Sentrum

Hallo!

We are a looking for 1 tenant for a long term in our Top Roof.
The Space have 40m2 the space has been fully renovated 1 year ago.
Is a big house in the Stavanger Sentrum with 3 floors,4 Rooms,Toilet,Big Bathroom and 2 big Terraces.
Is you have a car is a free Parking walking 8-10 min from the house ;)

The house and the Top Roof is very bright, we have light from both sides and a big park 20m from the house,perfect for the Sunnys days.
In this Top Roof you have plenty space (have a high Roof,so you can do exercise or whatever you want :)

The Bus/Train station is just 5 min walking from the house

The house had been renovated during the last 3 years so looks diferents that in some pictures :)

We split the cost of electricity and usually is 200/500 per month

We are socials person but also very respectful with the privacy,we are clean and tidy and we expect the same from you :)

To keep the good coexistence we have a person who comes to do general cleaning every week ;) and is included In the price,but you need to take care about your stuff.

The start date is from March.

If you are interested to live with us...tell us something about you.
We want to know with who we gona live.
We don't gona make appointments with persons that only says "Can I see the room?" And things like that.
Just to be clear from the begining.
