My brother and I (am a Italian student) are living this 60 m2 (2 rooms, 2 beds) apartment since, 2022. My brother is relocating to another city on 30st March. I want to keep this nice apartment. Thus, I am looking for a single tenant from 1st of APRIL to share this apartment with me. The rent-out bedroom is spacious about 20 m2 with floor heating option.
The tenancy contract for a new tenant can be a short term with possibility of extending.
The apartment is newly renovated, bright and quiet/clean. It is in a prime location at Nardo center. 15-20 min walking distance to NTNU, St. Olavs Hospital, and the city center. Excellent connectivity for public transport and airport buses. Just 1-3 min walking is needed to reach the bus stop, 5 mins for the grocery store and 10 mins walking to reach the schools. The 22 and 11 bus numbers are available every 10-15 min around this place.
The entire apartment has floor heating with a good outside and inside insulation. The entire apartment comprises with spotlight.
The kitchen, which is brand new is equipped with appliances, such as ventilation, stove top, sink, dishwasher, cabinets and drawers. A new refrigerator is also included.
The bathroom is also brand new with floor heating and all the main facilities are included. A quality washing machine and brand-new dryer machine are also included. There is a good ventilation system as well.
Sofa, beds and wardrobe are included as well.
The apartment has its own spacious entrance.
Rent includes broad brand plus WiFi internet.
Electricity and water bills are excluded which will be 50-50 split with me. There is a separate electric meter and switchboard for this apartment.
In the summertime (APRIL-October) it may take 150-300 NOK/month for electricity but in winter, (NOV -March) it may vary 400-600 NOK/month depending on the use of electricity. Water bill is 150 NOK/month per person.
1400 m2 green garden is belong to the house , which you can see in picture and could enjoy this space during summer.
