From 15.04.2025. a room is available for rent in a quiet shared apartment located in the center of Grünerløkka.

There are several shops that are open 24/7 nearby (Joker and Bunnpris), located just 1 minute away from the apartment as well as second-hand shops, restaurants and cafes.

Public transport; tram stop Schous plass (approx. 1 min walk) which goes directly to Jernbanetorget (city center) approx. every 5 minutes, and it takes 6 minutes to the city center.

There are already 3 tenants in the apartment, 1 guy and 2 girls. They are calm and sociable (but like most people they like to be alone).

The apartment has a new oven, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. Separate toilet and bathroom.

The room has an attic where you can sleep or use as storage space. The ceiling in the entire complex is 3 m high, so the air quality is good and the rooms feel spacious.

The bedroom is facing the sun and overlooks the courtyard/garden so the noise from the street is very minimal.

The rental price is 7800 kr, deposit 15,500 kr.

The contract is until 02.08.2026. with the possibility of extension.

With agreement it is possible to rent the room before or later then 15.04.
