Welcome to Alnagata 11, a modern and stylish apartment over two floors with a ceiling height of 3.3 m. Perfect for those who want proximity to the center of Oslo combined with a quiet atmosphere. Short-term rental from April 2025 till 15th June, dates are flexible.

The property
The apartment is 60 m² and is located on the first floor of a converted, former shoe factory. With an impressive ceiling height of 3.3 meters in all rooms and large windows, the home feels both airy and inviting.

✦ Living room/Kitchen: Open and spacious solution with fully equipped kitchen. Underfloor heating throughout the living room. Large windows and lots of light.
✦ 2 bedrooms: Both rooms have comfortable double beds (160x200 cm) and plenty of storage space with wardrobes. There is also underfloor heating in all rooms.
✦ Loft: Located above the kitchen and functions as a cozy TV room with an extra bed.
✦ Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and comfortable underfloor heating.
✦ Entrance: Practical entrance area with coat rack and shoe rack.
✦ Storage room: Shared storage room with the landlord of 5 sq m
✦ Shared garden: Delicate outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Great for a picnic, enjoying the sun, doing some yoga with fresh air.

The apartment is rented fully furnished. All furniture and appliances are included as shown in the pictures.

Lease term and termination
Available from 1st of April till 1st of August 2025. Move-in and move-out dates are felxible, they can be discussed.

House rules
• Animals are allowed except cats.
• Smoking is prohibited inside.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment; one is smaller than other. You can choose which one you would like to, but the price is accordingly. Small room: 10.000 NOK, big room 12.000 NOK per month. Once we agree, my landlords would like to call you and check your references.

A little bit about me: I'm Zeynep (30), a recent master's graduate from NTNU. I'm social, kind, and quiet, with a love for coffee, nature, outdoor sports, dogs, and cozy spaces. I’m tidy and appreciate a clean home, so I'd love a like-minded flatmate. I enjoy chatting, spending time alone and together, watching movies, cooking, and playing games if you're up for it! Currently, I work part-time and am looking for a full-time job. If we get along, we could even continue as flatmates after this apartment!
