An apartment for a newly married couple

Dominik (41y/o) and Agnieszka (45y/o) got married last year. Dominik has been living in Trondheim for 6 years while Agnieszka (45y/o) just moved recently. Dominik holds a PhD in Physics and works as a Senior Integrated Circuit Design Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor ASA, while Agnieszka has a Master’s degree in Psychology and is working both as a Psychologist and Psychotherapist in Poland. In addition, Dominik is a member of the trade union Tekna, associations DNT and NAF and sport clubs TSF (chess) and TDSS (sport’s shooting). We are a quiet couple, we like hiking and a good book. We do not smoke, we do not have pets and we are not used to partying. We are looking for a sunny, two-bedroom apartment with a balcony (≥70m²) in or around East Trondheim. It would be nice, if there was a relatively new building with basement and parking place. We have some furniture, so preferring unfurnished apartment. The preferred total price is ca 17000 NOK (negotiable). We would like to move in mid October 2024, Dominik can provide good references from the current landlord as well as from the employer.
