Accomodation in Trondheim

I am Céline, 40-year-old French women. I moved to Trondheim a few weeks ago to start my dream job as a researcher. I am looking to settle here (currently under a 3-year contract). Now, I am looking for my perfect place to live. First, a few words about me: it is not my first stay in Norway (Tromsø, Trondheim, Svalbard) and I just moved from Greenland. So as you can imagine, I love Norway, nature and peace and quiet. What am I looking for? My ideal place would be a small house with 2 bedrooms, a small garden to grow my plants and vegetables, a nice view, light, a fireplace and an easy access to nature. Note that I will consider adopt a small and quiet dog by the end of 2024. After moving around for many years, I would now prefer an unfurnished place, so I can finally decorate my home as I like. But if you place is half furnished (kitchen equipment, washing machine, for instance), it is just perfect. Areas? At the moment, I live close to Bymarka and I love it. But any place close to nature would work (forest, ocean, lake). I don´t have a car, so it is best if the place is close to public transportation, but I will consider buying a car if I find a perfect place that is not accessible otherwise. What I really can´t have? A noisy environment too close from roads, hearing footsteps above my heads, basement apartment When? I have a 3 months’ notice for my current place, so the best would be 1st of November 2024. I speak a bit of Norwegian and Danish, but not enough to have proper discussion.
