Married couple looking for apartment preferably in St Hanshaugen area

Hello, We are a married couple. My name is Leon, 37 years old and from England. My wife, Thais is from Brazil. We are looking for a long term rent preferably in or around St Hanshaugen with a minimum area of 60m2 and within our budget with heating included. We are looking for a bright apartment, unfurnished or partially furnished with white goods. We do not want a room in a shared flat or a basement flat that is dark inside. About us. We moved permanently to Oslo almost three years ago. Oslo is our home now and we love the city. We both have full time jobs and we have fixed incomes. I work in education and my wife works in the telecommunication industry. We do not have children, nor pets. We don’t smoke. We are friendly, mindful and respectful neighbours who enjoy the peace and quiet of our home. We are tidy, organised and look after the apartment as we love a clean space. We currently live in an apartment in Adamstuen and we love this area. Our current apartment will be put up on sale, this is the only reason we are relocating.
