Couple looking for a small house/apartment close to nature in and around Oslo:)

Hi there, My name is Julia, I am a 34 year old political scientist from Hungary. I am permanently employed at a research institution in Oslo. I, my partner who works as a Senior Adviser, and Embla, our beloved 6-year old female dog are looking for a small house or apartment (with a balcony) in and around Oslo. Our budget is around 18.000 NOK, including electricity and all other costs. We both work full time and like to spend our free time in nature with the Embla. We would like to rent a house/apartment which is maximum 45 minutes by public transport from the center of Oslo. We are secure tenants and can provide several references.
