Couple looking for a new place in Oslo

Hi! We are Carlos (30) and Almudena(30), We are from Madrid, Spain and we are moving to Oslo for our new jobs. We are both aerospace engineers working full-time in aeronautic sector companies. We like to travel, sports in general, cook and videogames. No smokers and without pet. We are looking for a long term rental apartement/house with at least 2 bedrooms and close to Skøyen, Lysaker, Nationaltheatret or Oslo S train station. A place with space for home office. Ideally we would like to have a balcony/terrace. We want to spend up to 22.000 NOK, heating included, but depending on the property characteristics we can increase it.
