YOKO YXS Optigrip – revolutionary classic xc-skis for all conditions without waxing. No need for different weight classes. Made in Finland.

The YOKO YXS Optigrip is the new wappon in nordic-skiing with revolutionary technique. The base is made out of nano particles which glide on snow like race skis with wax base. Uphill the particles help to kick powerful. The ski core of the YOKO YXS Optigrip is lower than other classic skis. Because of that the YOKO YXS Optigrip is not hard but stiff and light. The grip zone goes over the whole skis and there is no need for different weight classes. You can choose the right size of the YOKO YXS Optigrip by adding 5-10cm to your height if you are beginner and 10-20cm for advanced and professional skiers. Longer skis are faster with better gliding, shorter provide better handling down-hill.

The base of the YOKO YXS Optigrip works on nearly all snow and in all temperature. Around 0°C we recommend the grip and glide wax. Hobby skiers will find in the YOKO YXS Optigrip a serious and long-life partner. Professional skiers will have a cool ski which need no time for boring waxing ;-)

Important: Cool down 5-10min before using in outside temperature. If you don’t do the function of the YOKO YXS Optigrip don’t work right.
