Tonal flexibility from mini humbuckers

Plug the ES-390 into your favorite tube amplifier, and you'll be able to make it sing, scream, squeal, and growl any way you like. Two mini humbucker pickups each have their own volume and tone controls, which combine with three switching positions to bring you a ton of tonal potential. From warm, vibrant tones at the neck position to aggressive lead sounds at the bridge, it's hard to pull a bad sound out of the ES-390.

Thinner neck for an incredibly smooth feel

The 1960s heritage of the Gibson Memphis ES-390 is evident in its thinner neck profile. Its faster, smoother design seems to simply stay out of your way no matter what you're playing.
