Build Quality and Design

The KMM020 is solidly built with a brushed metal finish that looks sleek and professional. It’s quite heavy, which gives it stability during use. The 6.7-liter stainless steel bowl is large enough to handle big batches of dough or cake batter, making it ideal for those who bake in quantity.

Performance

This mixer is powered by a 1500-watt motor, which is incredibly powerful compared to many other models on the market. It handles dense doughs, like bread or pizza dough, with ease, never showing signs of struggle. The planetary mixing action ensures thorough mixing, reaching every part of the bowl.

The speed control is smooth, and the mixer offers a range of speeds, from a gentle stir to a fast whip. The slow start feature is particularly useful to avoid splashing ingredients out of the bowl.

Despite its professional-grade features, machine is user-friendly. The controls are intuitive, and switching between attachments is straightforward. Cleaning is also relatively easy.

This machine was used only at home kitchen and has minor signs of use. Works as it should.

Spatula is still useable but in my opinion, its material has changed over time.

!!!One thing that is missing, is scale. In my opinion scale was not accurate enough for me and I sold it due to owning more professional one!!!

My preference is to sell the whole set as it’s shown on the pictures.
