This watch is running very well after it has been serviced. The dial and hands have become "topicalised" giving the watch a distinct look. The crystal is clear and free of scratches and the chrome plated case is in good condition for its age with very little wear or pitting of the chrome.

About me:

As a pastime I buy old watches and try to restore them to their former glory. To fund my hobby I have decided to sell some of the watches I believe are ready to be, and should be, worn again. The watches I work on are typically those where the paying the price of a full professional service would be hard to justify. Each watch is disassembled, cleaned, inspected, re-assembled, lubricated (with top end modern synthetic oils), demagnetised and then regulated to run as accurately as possible. If spare parts are needed, original parts are ordered or salvaged from watches with the same movements. New gaskets are installed and, if needed, the mainspring and crystal are replaced and a new strap fitted
