This tea stands out as a koicha. It is rich in full-bodied umami and vanilla custard notes which are intertwined with the deep verdant note of spinach and spiced up with a hint of walnut.

As a thin tea (usucha), it is soft and light with the persistent presence of vanilla aromas with sweet nectary aftertaste.
