On the second floor there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.

In total there are five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet.

The main entrance is open to the garden.

The doors are wide and there is a ramp that can be put for people in wheelchairs.

The kitchen has all kinds of appliances.

Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

It has a living room of 40m² square with fireplace. Leaving the living room is the porch that has glass doors in winter is a solarium, where you can have breakfast, lunch and sunbathe.

In the garden is located the kidney-shaped pool, it is 13 meters long by 7 meters wide and the water is salty, it has no chemicals.

The pool has built-in spotlights that give light in colors, LED lights above the water, waterfall and water cannon, 4 SPA with different water output in each SPA to massage different body areas. The pool is heated to 28 degrees so you can swim all year round as if it were summer. In summer the sides are raised to the roof of the cover and in winter they are lowered to be all closed and heated. LED lights are incorporated in the structure of the pool. The house has a water softener (removes all the lime from the water and leaves the skin soft and silky). The kitchen has an osmosis tap to improve water quality. There is also a wood oven and a barbecue.

In the upper part there is a small terrace where you can have breakfast. There is a large terrace from where you can contemplate the swimming pool and the surroundings. The terrace also serves as a solarium in summer.

The equipment of the villa:
-Air conditioning in the five bedrooms and in the living room (in summer it is cold and in winter hot). Each bedroom has its remote control and also the living room (to turn it off, turn it on, gradually the temperature has an indicator that marks the degrees, night mode etc.).
- All bedrooms and the living room have silent and powerful ceiling fans with remote control in case someone is bothered by the air conditioning. From the remote control you can turn on and off the light and also regulate the amount of air and is cool and comfortable. It has 3 positions to regulate the amount of air.

The nearest beach is about 15 minutes walk away.
