- **Quiet Hours**: Please respect our quiet hours. After **10 PM**, there is absolutely **no noise allowed** on the rooftop or in the outdoor areas. If you plan to gather, we kindly ask that you do so inside the house to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Loud voices, music, or parties will not be tolerated, and any complaints will result in immediate action, including notifying Airbnb. Please be mindful that this is a vacation home, not a party venue.

- **Guest Capacity**: The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation. If extra guests are found on the property, this will be considered a party or gathering, and a fine will be imposed.

- **No Smoking Policy**: Our home is a smoke-free environment. Smoking **inside** the property is strictly prohibited, including tobacco, marijuana, and any other substances, as well as vaping. A **1000USD penalty fee** will be charged if any smoking occurs on the premises.

- **Acknowledgment of Terms**: By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the house rules and the zero-tolerance policy for noise and smoking.
