Homestay - Affordable Student Accomodation

I have a 4-bedroom home that is only 5-10 minute walk the Dakabin train station. It is a quite neighbourhood and close to COSTCO, IKEA and the NORTH LAKES WESTFIELD SHOPPING MALL. I have one bedroom available and suitable for one student, complete with study table and access to wifi and printer. I have 3 well-behaved children aged 14, 11 and 9 living at home with me. We dont have any pets on the property. Included: *Breakfast and Dinner, 7 days per week. *Unlimited wifi access. *Electricity, Gas, Water. *Sheets, Towels provided. *Laundry provided *Access to in-ground swimming pool and spar pool.
