Homestay - Room in posh suburb & garden

Hello, we are a married couple from Klosterneuburg, a suburb of Vienna. Our house is in a beautiful villa area with gardens. Since our children are already adults, we would like to rent two rooms to students. We have a very friendly dog. You can be in Vienna in 40 minutes. We speak fluent German, English, Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese and a bit of Korean. My husband and I are both academics and very sociable:) We offer two bedrooms with a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The residents of the two student rooms have the kitchen and bathroom all to themselves. You are also welcome to use our terrace and garden. We live very nicely and yet centrally in a safe and upscale residential area. The elite university ISTA Maria Gugging is very close by. We like to chat every now and then. We also have some sports equipment. There are a lot of fruit trees in our garden and we are happy to share the fruit with you when the trees bear fruit. You are welcome to grill on our terrace.
