Homestay - Lovely, Modern Home close to city

Hello and welcome to Adelaide! I welcome you to stay in my beautiful townhouse located in a peaceful part of Adelaide - Lightsview, Adelaide South Australia. Located 8km (around 15 minutes drive) from Adelaide City and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house and a 28 minute bus drive to Adelaide City. We also have parking available. A Little About The Home: My beautiful, light-filled and modern home has a family lounge room equipped with a grand television and seating, dining area and large fully equipped modern kitchen, with all the appliances you need. There is also a second private lounge room down the hall with seating and a study area, which is equipped with a desk, chair and printer. There is also a European laundry with washing machine downstairs toilet and outside patio with clothes line. Upstairs we have three bedrooms, however two will be available. bedroom 1has a double bed, side table, desk and chair, wardrobe and other clothes draws Bedroom 2 has a king single bed There will be a shared bathroom between the two bedrooms which has a large shower, bath, toilet and two sinks with cupboard space and large mirror. The bedrooms are also equipped with high quality sheets, Throughout the entire house we have reverse cycle air-conditioning with heating and cooling and ceiling fans. Fast and unlimited WiFi is available throughout the entire home. You will have full use of the kitchen and its amenities. Breakfast including (Tea, Coffee, Toast / cereal ) will be available if required. A Little About Me: I am a very outgoing, friendly and a hardworking individual. I currently work in Aged Care, but semi retired, I love to travel and have travelled to many places all around the world, so I am very understanding of this type of living situation. I obtain the highest standard of cleanliness and have the highest respect for my home and it's belonging's. I also have two older children, a daughter and a son, not living at home. I have small dog well trained, clean and extremely friendly. I have lived in Adelaide for a very long time and have visited around Australia many times so I have a great amount of knowledge about the areas and good restaurants, transport, shopping, wine regions and great places to visit.
