Homestay - Private Room in newly built home

My name is Alyssa, and my partner’s name is François. I am Australian and François is French, from Paris. We are a pretty down-to-earth couple and enjoy socialising occasionally but also appreciate and enjoy downtime and a peaceful, mellow household. We are both keen adventurers and have traveled quite a lot of Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Asia, so we have a lot of stories to tell! Our combined hobbies include 8-ball, golf, badminton, and camping. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a single female who is financially stable, respectful and tidy. Students and backpackers are welcome! - Sorry, NO children or pets - 4 months maximum stay with option to extend for the right person - Smoking outside only - Must have a current police clearance. ROOM: · Queen bed with storage drawer and premium mattress · Bedside table with lamp · Desk & chair · Built-in Wardrobe · Dirty clothes hamper · Full-length mirror on back of door · Floor fan · Heating & airconditioning throughout house · Block-out curtains HOUSE; You will have a separate entrance down the side of the house and through the laundry as we lock off the front of the house, which includes our bedroom, ensuite, garage and private living room/office, for privacy. Laundry, kitchen and main living room will be shared with us. You will have your own fridge located in the laundry and a pull-out pantry next to it · Bathroom will be mostly to yourself as we have our ensuite. Occasionally François will use it if he starts work early and I am still sleeping. · Safe, secure, and clean home with very private lawned backyard · Super Fast Unlimited Wireless NBN internet Included · Dartboard & fire pit outside · Safe street parking LOCATION: We are located in Ridgehaven, a 5 minute drive from Tea Tree Plaza and the O-Bahn Busway which provides a fast way into the city - great for students! · We are 15 minutes drive to the Mawson Lakes Uni Campus · Set on a safe and quiet suburban street with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and many gullies, parks and walks. If you are a nature lover and enjoy a peaceful, nature filled suburb, you will love this area! LOCAL SHOPS: · Close to major facilities including Tea Tree Plaza, which is the major shopping hub in the North East Suburbs, and has everything you could need. ·2 minute drive and 10 minute walk to St Agnes shopping centre where there is a post shop, Coles, Aldi, Liquor shop, 24 Hr Service Station, chemist, bakery, women's gym, hairdresser, nail salon and takeaways shops (Indian/Kebab/Sushi/Subway/Cafe) ·2 minute drive and 10 minute walk to Redwood Park IGA late night supermarket and some takeaway shops (Pizza/Vietnamese/Chinese) Also in the surrounding area is a Medical Centre, Library, Waterworld, Cinema, Bowling Alley, Golf Course + more.
