Nevertheless, it is only about 1.3 km (about 6 minutes drive) on a paved path from the thermal bath "Jonathermal-Kiskunmajsa" and has its own large swimming pond and spacious playgrounds and sports fields! You can expect: A cozy house in the "Tanya style" Two modern apartments, each with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, as well as a shaded, covered veranda per floor Total capacity: 12 to a maximum of 14 people! The house with annex and "carport" is embedded in one 7000 m² of fenced forest and meadow land that invites you to relax, play and celebrate undisturbed Satellite TV (connections also in the bedrooms) Central heating and a tiled stove (this is only in the ground floor apartment) Own natural swimming pond and adjacent lily pond with approx. 300 m² swimming and bathing zone including Donausand beach area and water slide! This property (6,000 m²) is also fenced and not visible from the outside - towards the bathing zone!
