A well equipped holiday apartment centrally placed in the nice small village Kopervik. Right outside the apartment you will find a large terrace with garden furniture and lovely view over the sea. It is a short distance to the sea where you can rent a boat to take you out on the water during your holiday. From the holiday apartment is is walking distance to shops, cafes, training center and Karmøyhallen sports arena. At Karmøy it is three cozy small towns with Kopervik well known for its safe dock where the apartment is placed. You will also find both Skudeneshavn and Åkrahamn out towards the North sea. All the small villages is wort a visit. This area has a rich history back to the Viking ages and to the well known herring fishing in the 1800s. Of attractions you should experience the Viking farm at Avaldsnes, Åkrasanden (one of Norways nicest beaches). Fiskerimuseet and Kystmuseet is also worth a visit. The area is very popular for bikers with a flat terrain and special view and nature. It is a short distance to the larger city Haugesund with attractions and good shopping. Haugesund Airport Karmøy is also only a short distance away, so here you can go on holiday without car. If you have a car, day trips to Stavanger and Ryfylke is recommended.
