On "Résidence le Magnolia", located in the countryside between the rivers Lot and Dordogne, you will look forward to a wonderful holiday. Children are welcome and you can stay up to 7 people (+ extra baby) with us, without other guests. You can use the park garden with orchard, forest hut, heated private swimming pool, parking area, it is completely fenced, has many views, pond, relax chairs, barbecues, spacious outdoor kitchen, playground, library, indoor and outdoor games, wifi, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, dining-living rooms, conservatory, covered terrace by the private heated swimming pool (May to October) and much more. So a place where you will soon feel at home. Up to 5 people have 120 m² at "Résidence le Magnolia": 2 bedrooms: "Passiflore" with double bed and "Vigne" with 3 single beds, the living room, 1 bathroom with shower + toilet and the large garden with private swimming pool. Up to 7 people you have 150 m² with an extra large bedroom: "Pomme" with a double bed. An extra bed or baby cot can be placed in this room.
