Our village, very picturesque, is crossed by the Ill. It is located 5 minutes by car from Strasbourg! You can park easily in front of the house. You can also take the bus because the stop is right outside the house (line 72). In the village, in the immediate vicinity of the studio, you will find a mini-market, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher, a solarium, a hairdresser as well as many small typical restaurants renowned for their gastronomy. For lovers of walks, biking and nature, it will be enough to cross the road to find yourself in the forest and walk to the Rhine. Also take advantage of a small zoo 10 minutes' walk away which will delight you with its birds, hinds, peacocks and other local species to discover. Photo enthusiasts will find inspiration here and can attend the Fest’Ill festival, which takes place every year on July 14. For gourmets, the village is full of good restaurants whose varied gastronomy makes the village famous (Alsatian, Italian cuisine.). And of course, we are close to Alsatian tourist sites, such as Strasbourg (15 min), Colmar (1 h), Haut Koenigsbourg (45 min), Riquewihr (1 h). But also you will reach Germany by 10 mins by car and from there you will have access to the whole of this very beautiful region which is the Black Forest, known in particular for the profusion of its thermal baths: Baden-Baden for example is less than an hour from us.
