In the event that you cannot fulfil your booking, you will not receive a refund unless we can re-book the property if cancelled within 14 days of your stay or whilst staying at the property. In the event that you are cancelled and removed from the property due to breach of any of our rules/conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount.
