Welcome to Château Armens, our new luxury rental in a prestigious wine estate, belonging to the family Malet Roquefort who passionately manages the famous property Château La Gaffelière for more than three centuries. A beautiful mansion XVIII century, fully renovated can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults max or 14 with children. Details of the house: Area of house: 294m2 5 rooms and a dormitory for "kids" in the big corridor: On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with an Italian shower (possibility to split the beds) Upstairs: 2 master bedrooms with 180cm bed with bathroom / bath, 1 double room 160cm with bathroom / bath, 1 double room 160cm with a separate bathroom / shower 1 living room / 1 dining room / 1 fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer and small fridge for drinks. The garden is 2 x 147m2 and has a terrace with a large garden table, a plancha, a Weber barbecue charcoal, a swimming pool (8m / 4m). The owners took great care in the choice of furnishings and decoration. You will find a mix of antique and modern furniture memorabilia that unhesitatingly release a chic and convivial atmosphere with the art of hospitality. You will appreciate the environment of this picturesque place in the charm of a village, surrounded by vineyards, located between a 13th century church and its bakery within walking distance. Our guests have access to the whole house! We will be delighted, subject to availability, to offer you a tasting at the prestigious Château La Gaffelière in St Emilion (Visiting hours 10 am-5pm).
