Homestay - Cozy room in comfy Brooklyn home

I am offering a fully furnished room for long term rent in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Windsor Terrace,Brooklyn. We occupy the ground floor of a multi family home and have backyard access. Full access to the living room and kitchen. We eat healthy, home cooked meals and are exercise oriented;well, I exercise regularly. My daughter is off to college so now it’s just me. We are a liberal minded, multi racial family with strong family values, respect being at the top of that. We are LGBTQ allies. I create a very laid back, happy and relaxed atmosphere in this home. I am fluent in Spanish and am an inactive English speaker. We don't have cable tv, sorry, but we do have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and of course high speed internet. We are 10 minute walk from the F train subway station as well as the B67 and B69 bus stop right around the corner. Prospect park is another 10 minute walk away on the same street we live on. There are two restaurants and a deli right next to the subway station. The grocery store and pharmacy are a short walk away. I welcome you to my home and will do what is possible so you feel at home as well.
