Plenty of free street parking as well. Free high speed WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals at home, and an amazing outdoor space for your enjoyment Guests have full access of property. Driveway and backyard are shared with the other home. Guests have access to the full property We are available by phone or by text 24 hours a day Buena Vista is a quiet residential area within close proximity to the Design District, Wynwood and Midtown. 5/10 minutes away by car to tons of restaurants and bars. Renting a car is always recommended. UBER and LYFT are always 5 minutes away. Quiet hours 10PM-8AM. This means no music or any kind of noise the neighbors may hear. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No smoking of anything at any time inside the unit. You know what we mean! There will be a fine of $500 applied if there is evidence of smoking after check out. Guests staying 2 weeks or more will have an additional cleaning added to reservation payable by the guest. No parties of any kind permitted at any time. Only guests on reservation are permitted on the property. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
