With spectacular views of the renowned Hanging Rock enjoy a leisurely 900 metre stroll there and take the time to hike to the top or simply enjoy the local wildlife. Wander the farm and greet the geese and their little goslings or say hello to the horses enjoying their day. Don't forget the cows and their calfs, they always appreciate a smile and a wave. Make the time to enjoy a leisure stroll or a picnic by the lake. Ideally situated for a day trip to Daylesford or Kyneton or to enjoy a vineyard or 2, all within a short drive. And not least, so close to Hanging Rock for the exciting events being held there, you can walk there and back and avoid the traffic. Accommodation The house is on 1 level and completely separate, private and self contained. You will park right out side your door. It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite plus an additional bathroom, lounge, fully equipped kitchen / dining area, dishwasher and wood fires. There is also a large open plan activity or children's room which can be converted to an additional sleeping area. The beds, 2 queen, 2 singles and an optional additional queen are fitted with the highest standard of linen and the kitchen pantry is stocked with the provisions you need to get started with your breakfast or help make your dinner a master piece. There is a BBQ for those who whish to try an alfresco treat and a wok for those keen on chinese for their supper and a children's play area with swings and slide. There is of course a television, DVD player and stereo to keep your entertainment within reach and a selection of books to tempt you. With its versatile layout it is the perfect place for a couple or a family or even a couple of families. And we never forget the other members of your family, pets are negotiable by prior arrangement. Peace and Tranquillity Take a break for a day, a weekend or a week.
