In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: Superbly renovated manor, quietly situated in the middle of the sunflower fields but still not far from the big cities like Bordeaux, Mont de Marsan or Casteljaloux. This is the Lot et Garonne, with the Atlantic coast on one side and the Dordogne and Lot regions on the other. It therefore has the best of 2 worlds and you can go anywhere here! The dunes and the inland sea of Arcachon, Bordeaux with its Sunday morning market by the river and the longest shopping street in the world! The house has been renovated to a high standard and exudes atmosphere and solidity. The kitchen is more than complete and particularly well-equipped. The living room is immense, spacious with its high ceiling and wooden beams, after which you enter through the garden doors on a large covered terrace. You look out over the fields and your large private pool. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large surrounding garden and plenty of parking. Enjoy from your terrace, with a good glass of wine, the BBQ and perhaps some of the local delicacies such as duck, Armagnac and foie gras. You will not have enough time! This house will amaze you, because the years of renovation have paid off. Authentic materials have been used and the atmosphere and character of the house have been well preserved. The furnishing is very tasteful and it is clearly visible that no money has been skimped on! There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen where you will find everything a cook could wish for. Of course there is a large swimming pool with terraces around it, but best of all is a covered terrace of 60m2, with BBQ, garden furniture and lazy loungers. You will not be bored for a single moment here, but go for a walk or a bike ride, enjoy the beautiful rustic surroundings and let it get to you. This will be a holiday to remember.
