IMPORTANT NOTE: Keep in mind that there may be other residences on the property that guests will rent out, so you may run into them when roaming around the property. The Space: This is a perfect country retreat for vacationers looking to experience living off-grid with a well-equipped kitchenette, pot-bellied stove, queen-sized bed up in the loft, and a couch on the ground floor. If you plan to cook, the kitchenette has everything to cook your light meals, such as cooking tools, cutlery, and a portable electric cooler fridge. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment. If you plan to bring your soap, shampoo, or toothpaste, we ask that you bring biodegradable products to ensure that greywater runoffs flow easily and do not harm the environment. Thank you! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and barn. Interaction with Guests: Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.
