We are located in an exclusive gated area in the Southside of Sunnybank Hills. called "The Avenue" Its a low set homey Tuscan house with 4 large bedrooms and study, spacious living areas, rumpus room, big family, kitchen area. We are just across the bus stop and closed to all amenities and walking distance to major shopping center and convenient stores. We have an easy care garden courtyard that can be viewed from all living areas of the house. The nearby suburb, Sunnybank has a good selection of Cafe's and restaurant and Asian restaurants which are open till midnight.
