Med unntak av 2 private rom (som kan leies med et tillegg på € 20 per natt for 2 personer), vil reisende få tilgang til hele huset, cirka 300 m2 boareal pluss den overbygde terrassen på 40 m2 som fungerer som hagemøbler. En person i nærheten vil være kontaktperson for spørsmål. Reisende vil være alene om overnattingsstedet under oppholdet. Denne landsbyen er et landsted fra 1200-tallet med en historie som dateres tilbake til 100-årskrigen. Mange landhus eksisterer innenfor en radius på 25 km inkludert Montpazier klassifisert som en av de vakreste landsbyene i Frankrike.
