The sun terrace with views over the countryside is just right for an outdoor breakfast or relaxing with an evening glass of wine. Activities and places to visit are numerous, from the historic medieval towns of Dinan, Saint Malo, Moncontour and the famous Mont Saint Michel to the delightful town of Jugon les lacs with its sailing and canoing complex. The beaches at Saint Cast and Pen Guen are not to be missed. Fort la Latte and the spectacular headland of Cap Frehel are popular with visitors as well as a tour around the Chateau de la Hunaudaye. The self contained apartment has private guest access from the ground floor. The double fronted living space combines a spacious lounge with kitchen diner area. Two large bedrooms provide facilities to sleep 4 or 5 persons. Bedroom 1 - double room (double bed queen size 160 x 200 cm ) with option for an additional single bed and/or cot if required. Bedroom 2 - twin/double room Shower room with generous sized shower, hand basin and wc and second separate wc with hand basin. The sun terrace, for guests exclusive use, is accessible from the main stairs and bedroom 1 via the french windows, it is south facing with a countryside view. Dining table, chairs and barbecue facilities available. There is shared off-road secure parking for up to five vehicles and undercover storage for bicycles should guests bring them. Meet & Greet on arrival, the owner is on hand to provide assistance with any problems / language difficulties if required. You will arrive to freshly made beds, a welcome pack which includes a few fresh items to get you started for the first day and help if needed to find your way around the area. Essential supplies are available from well stocked supermarkets at Plancoët just 5 kms away. The local boulangerie bakes daily for a fresh supply of baguettes,breakfast croissants and pain au chocolat. CYCLISTS - A pick up and drop off service is offered from Lamballe or Saint Malo, for connection to the TGV or ferry. Please enquire for further details.
