A wall of French doors opens to the outdoor oasis perfect to relax while sipping a margarita by the 19'x10' pool. It is surrounded by a large grey-wood deck compete with plenty of chaise lounges for sunbathing. The newly renovated guesthouse pops with color and unique details. The living space includes a loveseat, table and chairs great for regrouping before heading out for the evening. A queen bed is in the open area with unique steps that take you up to the pink and green themed twin-bedded loft, perfect for kids to have their own fun space. Another private queen bedroom is in the guest house, with direct access to the pool deck. The superb location of The Dolphin House is within walking distance to all the fun and excitement that is Key West. No large trucks, trailers, mobile homes, vans, campers or similar vehicles shall be parked in the Truman Annex. Motorcycles and scooters must be parked in the parking lot and not on sidewalks or porches. All vehicles parked within the community must either have a permanent parking sticker or a temporary parking pass (obtained at the Security Guardhouse). All others will be subject to ticketing and towing.
