Beautiful Gite In The Brenne National Park

A beautifully appointed two-bedroomed barn conversion in a hamlet 10 minutes from the A20 motorway, and an hour from Limoges airport. The Brenne National Park is an area of over 4000 etangs or lakes. It is ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching and there are several lakes for swimming. There are nearby tourist attractions such as the medieval town of St Benoit, the Roman ruins and museums in Argenton Sur Creuse and several chateaux. The gite has everything to make a holiday relaxing and tranquil with its own private garden, large patio and drive. There is an outside dining table, sun loungers and parasols and a BBQ. The two large bedrooms provide accommodation for 4/5 people. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The spacious bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The living space has a kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob and a wide range of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. There is a dining table that seats 5, and a TV with UK Free view channels, an integrated DVD player with a large selection of DVDs. A range of CDs and an IPOD docking station are also provided. Books, games and maps are available as are a cool box and picnic basket. WiFi is available. Both of the bedrooms have a TV - the main bedroom has UK Free view whilst the second bedroom has a tv connected to a DVD player - and cooling fans. The lounge has an efficient calor gas fire whilst the bedrooms and bathroom have electric heaters.
