A beautiful and large house located in the countryside, 5 minutes from shops. You will be 45 minutes from Futuroscope and 1h45 from Puy du Fou. 30 minutes from the historic city center of Poitiers or the Poitou marshes. This house is quiet, you will find many walks in the fields or in the forest. The house is includes: - a large living room with a fitted kitchen with oven, fridge with low freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. you will find at your disposal the grocery store base to facilitate your stay (salt pepper sugar etc) and the necessary for house maintenance. - a living room dining room - veranda - a master suite upstairs with its shower room and a large 180 cm bed (sheet provided) - an apartment of 35 m² on the ground floor (access from inside the house) with its bedroom, its living room and its bathroom - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - a bathroom with walk-in shower. Baby equipment is available on request. (high chair, bath, potty, cot.) A washing machine with its outdoor clothes line is at your disposal.
