The villas are located within walking distance of beautiful lake 'Etang Vallier' and some have fantastic terrace views overlooking the lake. You are also close to the outside pool (open June to September). The onsite restaurant of Quai Sud is also only steps away, with the bustling village of Brossac, with shops and other amenities, just a short stroll away. The Clubhouse Snackbar has great facilities for all the family with ice-creams a plenty! The villa itself offers you all the comforts of home. There is a well equipped kitchen with a large table for family meals, which is open plan with the living area offering a convertible sofa and basic french satellite television service. This room opens through french doors onto the extended terrace. In addition, the villa offers 3 bedrooms. There is one ensuite bedroom with a double bed 140x200cm. The second bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds each 90x200cm. The third bedroom offers two twin beds 90x200cm (some have a double bed). The second bathroom is off the hall and there is a separate WC at the end of the hall. Please note that most facilities close out of season.
