Ancora Artist Residence

The Âncora Artist Residence is an authentic Portuguese house, but with high wooden ceilings. The house is tastefully decorated. It is spacious and light. In the living area there is a fire place, a log burner and a lounge area with TV, a collection of books, music (records) and films. There is a WiFi connection. A balcony with chairs and a dining table with coffee and lounge corner. The master bedroom has a king-size plus bed (with mosquito net) a chest or drawers and cupboard. The second bedroom has a king size bed (with mosquito net), a chest of drawers and hanging rack for clothes. There is a large bathroom (with window) with toilet, bidet, sink and a walk in a stand with shower and bath towels and toiletries. There is a large kitchen with a stove and a pizza oven. The kitchen has a stack of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, trays, cups, plates and items for baking, roasting and cooking. At the entrance is a small patio with a table and two chairs where you can have a early morning coffee in the sun. Around the property is a big garden with a massive stone wall (uninterrupted so very safe if you have young children). On the property is ook a workshop, an atelier (the owner is a painter of modern art), a small house and an apartment below the main house (All which is usefull for rent). There is a washing machine, dryer, garden and beach gear, bikes and other utensils. There are two terraces with tables and chairs and barbecues. Parking outside the gate.
