Welcome to the area of Formil (North Center of Portugal)

The area of "Formil" is located in the north-central of Portugal, near the natural park of the mountain of Estrela which culminates at 1993 meters of altitude, from the geomorphological point of view, it settles on the inclined platform of big river "Mondego". Description: Tourist accommodation of 2 ha, consisting of two hundred-year-old independent houses, architecturally unique, fully restored with south-facing terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the mountain and a hanging house surrounded by walnut trees. The estate extends by expanses of green spaces adjoining a brook in small waterfall (brook of the convent), hares of holly, a grove of umbrella pines, olive trees and varieties of fruit trees (our customers are invited to seasonal picking). The house of Houx is constituted by 4 rooms (non-smokers) with individual bathrooms and TOILETS, of which one in duplex and one with panoramic terrace; 1 large equipped kitchen (fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen accessories, etc.) 1 living room with mini-library (collection of books, DVDs and games), TV and hi-fi system; 1 entrance; 1 wc with washbasin. The houses are equipped with quality bedding (160 x 200), linens, flat screen, electric heating and biomass. The estate also has free Wifi, guaranteed parking and free within the property, pets are allowed (niche places for our friends the animals), covered barbecue, outdoor covered terrace with garden furniture and park children's games.
