The "Plus beau village de France" of Capdenac le Haut is at 22kms and for days out there is St Cirq Lapopie, 28 kms, the Grotte de Peche Merle 40kms, The Grottes de Foissac 12kms, as well as Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and Cahors, a bit further afield. Canoeing and watersports are possible on both the Lot and Célé rivers and there are several horseriding centres nearby. The hiking opportunities are endless. The region is well supplied with excellent restaurants and as it falls between the wine regions of Cahors, Marcillac and Gaillac there is a large selection of wines to be sampled and compared.
