My appartment is located in a courtyard adjacent to my main house which was built in 1882. It was formerly the house of a wine negotiant as are several other properties in Avenue Gambetta. It measures some 60 square meters and understood an equiped kitchen, dining / sitting room, bedroom, dressing room and separate WC. It has its own separate entrance.
