This 15th century house, perfectly renovated in 2014, is located in a peaceful area near a forest. It offers a very spacious and nicely decorated interior. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, ideal for dining. Guests can enjoy a lake (2km) and all water activities available, for enthusiasts there is also an equestrian center. Explore this beautiful area, including castles, and all party events such as concerts at Sablé or la Nuit des Chimère (magical projections in the old town of Le Mans). The nature lovers will enjoy the beautiful walks through the forest full of deer. NB: On the 1st floor, access to bedroom 2 by the lounge. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person.
