The B & B is a detached, ground floor residence, surrounded by nature and plenty of privacy. It lies directly against the sheltered city walls of the Willemstad fortress with its footpaths and old bunkers. Just a stone's throw away is the center of Willemstad with its cozy restaurants, harbor and shops. The Willemshuis is completely renovated (2017) and surrounded by a beautiful garden with a terrace on all sides, so you can look up according to sun or shade. In the morning you will be woken up by the birds and you can enjoy a breakfast in the garden of the Willemshuis. The building has had various functions, first it was a stable for the sheep, later as oil storage for a bus company in Willemstad (de Bruin), then transformed into an old-age society and as a final destination a scouting building. Now it has become a luxurious comfortable stay with two separate bedrooms, a modern kitchen, luxurious bathroom and 2nd toilet. The garden offers fruit, such as raspberries, grapes and figs, but also various spices for cooking. The Willemshuis offers you the following: Two separate bedrooms, a double bed and a bunk bed with matching linen. A cozy living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area, TV and computer with WIFI. The kitchen is a fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, hand and tea towels.
