In summer you can drive into the high mountains until you reach Bygdin and cross the mighty Besseggen. The surrounding mountains offer many opportunities for walking, cycling and fishing. There are many big fishing waters in the area, Olstappen, Upper Sikkilsdalsvatnet and Espedalsvatnet to name a few. A trip to the famous Jettegrytene is also recommended.
