Our gite is furnished for a maximum of 1-6 people. Here you can enjoy the peace and the beautiful view and the large grounds of 6000 m2 of fenced garden. The gite is located about 12 km from Luzy, in the South Morvan a nice medieval town with all amenities. RENEWABLE ENERGY We try to do our bit to reduce CO2 emissions and global warming. We have placed 40m2 of solar panels on the roof of the shed, with a capacity of 6Kw. The renewable energy produced is sold through the electricity grid (via the electricity company) to third parties as green energy. The house is equipped with an energy-efficient thermo-dynamic boiler that can produce more than 500 liters of hot water per hour. The house is equipped with energy-saving lamps, energy-saving shower heads and energy-saving flush buttons. There is thermal insulation, central heating and a cozy wood-burning stove. There is ample parking on site. The house has a free location (approx. 90 meters from the road) with a beautiful view. The garden is completely fenced, ideal for guests with pets. There is a canopy, comfortable garden furniture, sun beds, large table with 6 chairs on the terrace at the back of the house and a lounge set. BBQ. Under the awning at the front of the house is a large farmers oak table with benches, so that you can eat outside even in bad weather. Extra cost: We ask for a deposit of € 60, which will be deducted from the mandatory final cleaning of € 60. The costs of water, butane gas, firewood and central heating are included in the rent. Not included are the reservation costs € 20 and the tourist tax 0.79 p. p.p. from 12 years old. You must provide your bed, bath and kitchen linen yourself. Optionally, bed linen can be rented for € 10 per bed / week.
