My little palace is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable after a day and night out on the town. Also a small office/ bedroom for teen/small children and a garden/clubhouse to relax in. Guest access This lower level boasts a 3 bedroom suite with living area for movie viewing, a full bathroom and a laundry area. As well you have access to the backyard area where the theme is "enjoy the beach in the yard before you go to the real beach". The Atlantic is just two blocks (5min) from the property. The boardwalk is just before the beach which you enter at 38th Street. You can ride your bike (if you have one) and we have bikes for you if not. Interaction with guests Cleaning/laundry service is optional two times a week.
